I love gerbera daisies. They are so filled with colour, happiness and bring me joy every time I see them! Today at Splitcoast, one of the inspiration pieces had gerbera daisy party favours that inspired me to create this card.
I masked the panel, sponged with Distress ink in yellows, then stamped the flowers using a watercolouring technique. I did that by colouring my stamp with different shades of Memento markers, spraying with water then stamping. It gives such a great effect and the results are always a surprise...love that.
I am also entering this one in the Moxie Fab challenge, The Wonders of Watercolouring.
Have a great weekend and thanks so much for stopping by.
My favorite flower as well! The reason why they found a spot on my blog header!
