Ferns are one of my favourite plants in the garden and I find they translate onto my cards very easily. That's what happened with this one as I am playing along with the Inspiration Challenge at Splitcoast. Loved the pillow pictured below.
I was cleaning up in my garden and brought some fronds inside with me. I laid one on my paper and sprayed with Mr. Huey's mist in brown (can you believe I didn't use blue!!). When dry, I stamped over the ghost with a Hero Arts fern stamp and added the sentiment.
Always good to have some sympathy cards on hand. Thanks for popping by.
Really beautiful, I love how you've used the real fern with mist!
ReplyDeleteI love ferns, too, I guess it's their laciness......this is the PERFECT sympathy card, Karen! Have pinned it and I know I'll be CASE-ing it. Just beautiful!
