Happy Saturday! Let the crafting time begin. Today I am playing along with the Inspiration Challenge at Splitcoast based on a Pinterest board. Pinterest has so many inspiring and wonderfully done boards; I don't know why I don't have one? (inspiration photo below) I also wanted to add a card to our
NEW OLW (one layer card) blog.
NEW OLW (one layer card) blog.
This card came together easily by first masking the main area so I could sponge it with Distress inks in Ripe Persimmon and Squeezed Lemonade. I love the warm glow especially on such a cold, wintery day. While leaving the mask in place, I inked my flower stamp by colouring on it with Memento markers then spraying with water before stamping to give a watercoloured look. I added the doodled lines then stamped the sentiment.
I so appreciate that you came by for a visit. Have a great weekend.
If you get a chance, why don't you visit our new blog found here:
