Sunny Smiles

Inspiration is everywhere around us.
I think that is why I love playing along with the Inspiration Challenge at Splitcoast.  Just look at this fabulous bowl I saw from the Artful Home site:

I began by inking the back of a stencil with Brushos.  I sprinkled them onto the stencil, then sprayed with water to activate the paint and pressed it onto my watercolour paper.  It's nice to be able to use your stencils to get a different look.
While that dried, I die-cut the flowers and then stamped the sentiment.

Adding my card to these challenges:

Simon Says- ANYTHING GOES

Addicted to Stamps- PHOTO INSPIRED

Simply Create Too- ANYTHING GOES

Stamps and Stencils- SUMMERTIME

Southern Girls- ANYTHING GOES

Thanks so very much for coming by and taking a look.

Supplies:  stamp- Unity/ stencil/ dies- SSS/ Memento bl ink/ MISTI/ mini mister

  27. This is such a bright and cheery card, Karen. Using the back of the stencil? A new idea that I must try, without brushos, though. I think it will work with DIs.
