Hi there.
Playing along with the sketch challenge at Splitcoast.
Here is the sketch we are casing:
I began by stamping the background with Black Soot and Weathered Wood Distress ink.
I then stamped the sentiment with Versamark and embossed with white. I also cut the snowflake using a die from SSS and pop dot mounted the sentiment over that.
For a little pop of colour, I added the red rhinestones.
Adding my card to these challenges:

ReplyDeletePretty card and colors. Thanks for joining us at Inspiration Destination.
ReplyDeleteYou've really captured the chill of snowflakes, Karen. What do you mean you stamped with the DI? Straight from the pad? Whatever you did, it's very effective.
ReplyDeleteLOVE this card, Karen! The icy chill bkgrd with the snowflakes looks fantastic. I can relate to that bkgrd as it is -2F and -23F with the windchill where I live. No snow just an arctic blast of cold. Brrrr. :)
ReplyDeleteStunning, love those snowflakes
ReplyDeleteThank you for joining us at Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge.
