Morning.
Meet today's card. Sorry, more blue but with a hint of green...lol.
I started by creating the background piece. Basically, you ink the paper, place the stencil over that, spray with water, remove and then rub addition ink in a different colour over the top. To read all about how I did this and see the pictures, please check out the Mini Tutorial I did here:
Next I die cut the hollyhocks from Impression Obsession onto heavy white cardstock. I added a hint of colour on a few of the flowers and layered them over the white ones for added interest and to help pick up some of the green in the background.
I stamped this sentiment with black Memento ink. I have had it for years and it is Ranger- Tim Holtz I believe.
