Christmas Wishes

 Morning.

Today, I am playing with a new die released for Christmas from Penny Black called

I began by creating the background.  I placed the sentiment from the Festive Snippets set inside my Misti and repeat stamped it down the middle of my cardstock.  This set is so fun and has so many different combinations of holiday greeting.  Using the Misti, makes it very easy to get the exact spacing.  I adjusted my paper a half an inch every time for each stamping.
Next, I die-cut the Berries and Leaves twice with my little Cuttlebug and glued them together for stability.  I inked them up with Distress inks then splattered with some white acrylic paint to give them a snowy feel.  I wanted them to have an enameled look, so I pressed the whole piece onto my Versamark pad and clear embossed it.  I was very happy with the final result.
I pop dotted the piece over the stamped background.

  4. How beautiful this is! Fussy cutting your berry branch is amazing itself but cutting it twice- wow, the work! What a gorgeous card!
