Welcome
Meet today's card.
Just having some fun playing around with some 'new to me' Art Crayons from Vicki Boutin.
Vicki is a bubbly, happy person and I just love her philosophy and attitude for creating; just try it out....it's just a piece of paper and you never know what you will be able to come up with.
That's what I did for my card.
I rubbed an Art Crayon onto my piece of acetate, sprayed with water and moved the ink a bit with a paint brush to disperse it, then pressed it onto my paper. Next, I placed a some drywall tape randomly over the background, then rubbed over it with a baby wipe. The ink gets transferred from one area to another for an interesting look. I also used one of her script stencils and did the same with that.
When the piece was dry, I placed it into my Misti, stamped the silhouette and the sentiment and clear embossed it to help it pop against the colourful bkg.
Thanks so much for coming by and taking a look.
