Welcome
This card is special to me.
It really speaks to how my life has been lately.  I have had time to create and play.  It's also a great way to not have to think about this dark cloud that is hanging over our heads.
Creating makes me happy.

So onto my card details.
Firstly, I never use black cardstock.  I saw a card quite awhile back and thought it looked to amazing.
So I grabbed a piece of black cardstock and using the Mini Tiny Circles, I rubbed on some Peacock Feathers DOX ink and my background was created.  It looked so dramatic and fun.
Next, I placed the panel into my Misti and I rubbed over the whole thing with an anti static pad.  I stamped the flower and the sentiment and white heat embossed them.
I stamped the flower head again onto some white cardstock, then fussy cut it out.  I pop dotted it back over the flower and done.  I mounted it onto some blue cardstock, then onto a heavy white card base.

Thanks so much for coming by and taking a look.

  2. This looks great Karen and I love those random dots which have a lighter blue look on black card, and the white embossed flower with the added dimension of the black ink for the flower head works brilliantly. x
