Good Morning
I had fun playing with this very unique Whirl Around stencil from A Colorful Life Designs.
So here's what I did to create my card.
- I cut a white cardstock panel and placed it onto my Waffle Flower Stencil Mat. I laid the Whirl Around stencil over the paper, centering the design and inked it up with some Peeled Paint Distress Oxide ink.
- I moved the stencil slightly and inked it again in some places with Rustic Wilderness DOX ink. It gave a shadow look to the stenciled image.
- I die cut a circle from the center using the Stitched Circles from Penny Black, then set that aside.
- Using another piece of white cardstock, I stenciled again using the Dot Circle stencil also from ACLD.
- I placed the stenciled piece into my Misti and stamped the flowers and the sentiment.
- I glued the panel with the flowers onto some dark green cardstock, then onto an A2 size card base.
- I popped the stenciled piece over the top using some foam tape, framing the stamped flowers and sentiment.
