Live Life, Laugh Often, Love Much

 

Hello
Here is a simple CAS card I made using my Gel Plate and the new stencil from A Colorful Life Designs called:

So, here's what I did to create my card.
  • I got my Gel Plate out and pressed my Broken China and my Wilted Violet Distress Oxide inks directly onto the plate and blended using my brayer.
  • I placed the Square Swirl stencil onto the plate and rubbed over it with a piece of scrap paper.  I lifted those off, gave a little splatter of water and then rubbed my piece of white cardstock over the plate to pick up the print.
  • When the print was dry, I placed it into my Misti to stamp the words to the side and the sentiment.
  • I glued the panel onto a piece of purple cardstock and then onto a white card base. (The card base was a bit smaller then an A2 size to work with the size of the front panel)
  • Finally to finish off my card, I added 3 navy gems under the sentiment.
