If Snowflakes Fell in Colours

Welcome
Today's card is a fun one filled with whimsical snowflakes.
Meet one of the new for October stencils from A Colorful Life Designs called:
This is a stencil that has 3 designs on one sheet, lots of ways to combine them.

Here's what I did.
  • I cut a piece of white cardstock and then picked out the Distress Oxide ink colours I wanted to work with.  They were: Tumbled Glass, Carved Pumpkin, Picked Raspberry, Cracked Pistachio, Shaded Lilac and some Mustard Seed.
  • I chose one of the snowflakes from the Three Snowflake stencil and inked it up. I continued to ink using a different snowflake with a different colour until my white card front was all inked up.
  • I splattered with my white Posca pen and set aside to dry.
  • I die cut the sentiment with some blue paper, then some white and glued them together, offsetting them a bit.
  • I glued my stenciled card front onto a piece of white cardstock, then blue and the onto a white A2 sized card base.
  • I glued the sentiment over the middle and added 3 silver gems.

Here is the stencil I used:
Three Snowflakes
