Today's card features a lovely new stencil from A Colorful Life Designs called
It's a nice one and offers some good layering options.
So, here's what I did to create my card.
- I began by finding this piece of blue and white patterned paper in my stash. I placed the shadow feather from the Three Feathers stencil over to the left hand side of my paper and inked it up with some Tumbled Glass Distress Oxide ink.
- I moved the stencil over, positioning another one of the feather images over the shadow and inked again with some Cracked Pistachio and some Salty Ocean DOX ink.
- Next I placed the panel into my Misti to stamp the sentiment along the side with some Versafine Clair black ink.
- Using my black Posca pen, I splattered just over the feather image to add more interest.
- I glued my finished card front onto a piece of white cardstock and then a piece of blue and then onto a white A2 sized card base.
- To finish my card off, I added some black gems around the sentiment.
