Morning and meet today's card. Stenciling is so very hot right now. I have been playing with my stencils and trying to use them in different ways and this is what I came up with.
I inked the stencil with Distress inks instead of my paper, then laid the stencil down. Then, using a baby wipe, I transferred the ink to the paper being sure to move the stencil slightly as I rubbed. What I ended up with was a pretty, sort of mottled looking bkg. Next, I stamped the flowers from Purple Onion with black Memento ink and added the sentiment.
I am adding my card to these challenges:
Virginia's View Challenge- STENCIL
Keep it Simple- STENCIL
Moxie Fab World- STYLING WITH STENCILS
Addicted to Stamps- #89 CAS
I so appreciate that you came to have a look...thanks so much!!
