Ink, Spray, Stencil

It's Saturday...yeah.  Time for another Inspiration challenge at Splitcoast.  This week our inspiration comes from a nail art site called 'pshiiit'...(insert giggle).  Here is the photo that inspired my card:

photo from pshiiit

I started with a white card front and rubbed my Distress inks in Picked Raspberry, Salty Ocean, Peacock Feathers and Chipped Sapphire directly onto my paper.  I then sprayed with a generous amount of water so the colours would blend and run together.  When it was all dry, I took a piece of drywall tape and using Color Box White ink, rubbed over the tape.
Next, I took the poppy stencil from Penny Black called Suncatcher and applied more white ink over it and stamped the Poppy Time over that.  Lastly, I added the sentiment.  I love that sentiment.

I am adding my card to these challenges:
