'Orange' you glad it's the weekend.
'Orange' you surprised I didn't make a blue card?
I sure am happy as I have time to play along with the challenge at Splitcoast this morning. Here is the photo that inspired my card from the Beach House Pinterest board:
I have had this Impression Obsession stamp for ages and pulled it out the other day so I would be inspired to use it on a card. Well, today was the day.
I stamped the flowers using Memento black ink and embossed with clear powder. I used Brushos on my acrylic block to watercolour the flowers.
When the flowers were dry, I stamped the sentiment and then drew in the border line to pull the whole design together.
Adding my card to these challenges:
CAS-ual Fridays- EMBOSSING
(my flowers are heat embossed)
CASology- LINE
Seize the Birthday- ANYTHING GOES
Addicted to Stamps- CLEAN and SIMPLE CREATIONS
Chocolate, Coffee and Cards- FLOWER IMAGE
Thanks so much for coming by and taking a look.
Have a great weekend.
Supplies: stamps- Impression Obsession, Rubbernecker/ fine line bl marker/ Memento bl ink/ clear eb powder/ paint brush/ acrylic block/
