Happy International Lefthander's Day
Although I am right-handed, today at Splitcoast we are celebrating by making a card where the interest is to the left. This is what I came up with.
I began by colouring on my Penny Black stamp called Delicate Florals using Memento markers, sprayed with water and stamped. When dry, I used my Memento markers to colour in the flowers. I did that by scribbling onto my acrylic block and picked up the colour with a wet paint brush.
Next, I stamped the script called Letter Background also from Penny Black, along the left edge with grey Memento ink. It needed something more so I took some Dusty Concord Distress ink and sponged the edges. The sentiment is from a set called Sprinkles and Smiles and was stamped using my Misti. I added sparkle to the flower heads with a Stella Wink pen.
Wish the camera could pick up the sparkle!
