Magical

Meet today's card.
I had a piece of paper I marbled awhile ago so today it was time to be used and stamped on.

The marbled backgrounds are super easy and fun.  The technique is called
and is done by dripping Alcohol inks over a water bath.
If you watch the video, you will see exactly what I did using Ranger Alcohol inks.
The hardest part is being patient while waiting for it to dry.  I let it dry a bit then I like to press it in a book so it will dry flat.  I found this technique so exciting because you never know what you will get after you remove your paper from the water bath.

To see another example of this technique using different colours of inks see this post:

I used my MISTI to stamp the flowers from Unity.  I inked the stamp by painting on Brushos and water.
When dry, I mounted that piece onto a strip of blue then onto my card front.  To help better define the panel, I scored on either side using my ScorPal.

I am adding my card to these challenges:

Time Out- LOVE IS THE FLOWER YOU'VE GOT TO LET IT GROW

Crazy 4 Challenges- DOWN UNDER
(I had to put my cs down under the paint in the water)

Addicted to Stamps- ANYTHING GOES

Thanks so very much for coming by and taking a look.

Supplies:  stamps- Unity, Rubbernecker/ Alcohol inks/ MISTI/ Memento bl ink/ Brushos/ ScorPal
