Hello and Welcome
This is my reminder card for
It is a special month for us as we celebrate our 3rd birthday and there are prizes to be won.
We have a PRIZE to give away again this month. The amazing Michele from
CAS-ual Fridays stamps has generously agreed to give our lucky winner this month a
prize of $25. All the Design Team have used CAS-ual Fridays stamps also on their cards. Michele very kindly gave us all some of her stamps to use on our cards ;)

We also have a new Guest Designer for October ,Tina Magnusson I am sure you will agree she makes such beautiful cards. Do check out her blog you won't be disappointed!.
I began with a piece of heavy white cardstock and masked off the top and bottom of my card front so I would have lots of white space left.
This flower is from the CAS-ual Friday set called Peaceful Garden and is a two-step stamp.
So, I stamped the circles within my masked area, overlapping them a bit using some Fossilized Amber, Carved Pumpkin and some Festive Berries DOX inks.
Next, I took the curly flower and stamped it over the inked areas to create my flowers.
I sponged the edges with some more Fossilized Amber to help define it, then I removed the masks and added some scored lines. I glued on some black gems to the center of the flowers to add interest.
Using my Misti, I stamped the sentiment from the same set and simply mounted my card front onto a heavy white card base.
Thanks so much for coming by and taking a look.
I hope you will come and play along with us.
