Warmest Wishes

Good Morning
Here is another holiday card all ready to be mailed.
I really like how this one turned out.

I began with the Graceful Whisper stamp from Penny Black and placed it into my Misti.  Using my Tombow markers, I coloured directly onto the branch, sprayed with water and stamped onto my white cardstock.  I repeated that process a few time, introducing different colours on parts of the stamp until I was happy with the look.
Next, I rubbed some Candied Apple DOX ink onto my non-stick craft mat and using a wet paint brush, I watercoloured in the background.  I had some ink left on my mat so used that to splatter then I also rubbed along the edges with some Rusty Hinge DI to darken it a bit.
I placed the piece back into my Misti to stamp the sentiment from the PB set called Joy and Merriment.  Really lovely sentiment set with a variety of fonts which I love.
I simply mounted the finished piece onto a heavy white card base.

Thanks so much for coming by and taking a look.
