Hello and Welcome
Today, I am featuring another new stencil from A Colorful Life Designs called Four Roses.
It is so easy to make a quick card using it too.
So here's what I did to create my card.
- I cut a piece of white cardstock and then positioned the Four Roses stencil over that on my Waffle Flower stencil mat.
- I pulled out 2 of my favourite Distress Oxide inks; Blueprint Sketch and Peacock Feathers. I inked over the stencil starting with the flower centers and moving outwards to the petals with the darker shade of blue, keeping my card very monochromatic.
- I splattered with my white Posca pen and set aside to dry.
- I pulled out a piece of navy cardstock and cut the sentiment out on that and then on a piece of white.
- I glued the stenciled panel onto a piece of matching blue cardstock, then onto a heavy white card base.
- I glued the sentiment over that and finally added 3 navy gems around the sentiment.
