Another simple CAS card I made using another new release called Bubble Release from A Colorful Life Designs.  The release this month is a sea/ocean theme but I thought these bubbles worked well as a background for the flowers.

So here's what I did to create my card.

• I began by cutting a white cardstock square that was 3 3/4" big.  
• I place the Bubble Release stencil onto my cardstock panel and inked it up just in the corner where I knew I wanted the flowers with some Cracked Pistachio Distress Oxide ink.  To add some more shape to the bubbles, I then rubbed on just a hint of Rustic Wilderness DOX ink.  It gave a really nice look to the bubbles.
• I removed the stencil and placed the piece into my Misti to stamp the flowers, leaving enough room for the sentiment.
• I splattered just over the flowers with my black Posca pen.
• I glued the panel onto a piece of green cardstock, then onto a heavy white card base.
• I added 3 black gems along the stem of the outside flower to finish my card.
