Sending You Flowers

Good Morning
Here's a happy card I made using the new for June stencil from A Colorful Life Designs called

So here's what I did to create my card.
  • I placed a piece of white cardstock onto my Make Art Station and then placed the Trim Octagon stencil down. I inked with some Picked Raspberry and some Ripe Persimmon Distress Oxide ink in bands across the paper.
  • I lifted the stencil off and die cut it using a flower die I got from Amazon.
  • Next, I stamped the sentiment with more of the Picked Raspberry DOX ink and then die cut it out.
  • I glued my stenciled card front onto a piece of white, then pink cardstock, and then onto a white A2 sized card base.
  • I used some foam tape to add the sentiment over the middle.
  • Lastly, I added some pink bling to finish off my card.

Here is the stencil I used:

  1. The long shape of the octagons in this stencil are something a bit different and the pink and orange is so bright and pretty Karen, and beautifully finished with the pink on white sentiment and a few added gems...a great card. x
