Pretty in Pink- The Flower Challenge #28, Pink and Grey

Good Morning.
I happy to be back with another card for

Our theme this month is a colour Challenge- use Pink and Grey.
Please check out all the wonderful cards designed by our most talented design team.

I have to say that I quite like this combo.  It has a nice softness to it.

So onto my card.
I began by placing the Rectangle mask from A Colorful Life over my white cardstock.  I love using the mask as I am left with a clean, fresh white border when done.
I laid the Circle Make Circles stencil over my mask and sponged on some Spun Sugar Distress ink using my inking tool.  I removed the stencil and added some stamping to the background to add more depth and interest.
Leaving my mask in place, I sponged all the edges to help define the stamped area.
Next, I placed the piece inside my Misti (with the mask still attached) and inked up the flowers and the sentiment using some grey ink and stamped over my background.
I removed the mask and mounted the piece onto some matching pink cardstock and then onto a plain white card base.

Thanks so much for coming by and taking a look.
I hope you will come and play along with us.
