Believe

Hi there....here is a card I made for the CAS challenge at Splitcoast this week.  Our cards were to be based on this quote:
I have loved the stars too fondly to be fearful of the night- Galileo
I am enjoying working away making Christmas cards.  I started this card by punching out a star to create a mask then sponging the open area with Distress inks. I left the mask in place and stamped the manger and coloured it with Copics. Added the scoring lines to lead to the sentiment. Very clean and simple.
Thanks so much for coming by and taking a look.
Have a great weekend.

Supplies:  stamps: Recollections, The Old Island Stamp Company/ star punch/ pop dots/ silver twine/ Copics

I love the idea of masking BJ (Baby Jesus) with the star! So cool and makes me think of lots of other possibilities!
