'Orange' you glad it's the weekend.
'Orange' you surprised I didn't make a blue card?
I sure am happy as I have time to play along with the challenge at Splitcoast this morning. Here is the photo that inspired my card from the Beach House Pinterest board:
I have had this Impression Obsession stamp for ages and pulled it out the other day so I would be inspired to use it on a card. Well, today was the day.
I stamped the flowers using Memento black ink and embossed with clear powder. I used Brushos on my acrylic block to watercolour the flowers.
When the flowers were dry, I stamped the sentiment and then drew in the border line to pull the whole design together.

I am glad I saw this beauty! My internet has been in and out all morning so I was frustrated to say the least but seeing this and being able to tell you how much I like it is very uplifting. Great take on the photo too!
