Good Morning
It's been such a fun month creating with the new stencils from A Colorful Life Designs.
So I decided to make another card featuring the new for JUNE stencil called:
Here's what I did.
- I placed the Rope Trellis stencil over a piece of white cardstock and inked it up with some Broken China Distress Oxide ink.
- I shifted the stencil over and inked it up again with some Salty Ocean DOX ink to create the fun pattern.
- Next, I used a blue fine line marker and added the straight lines over the pattern.
- I die cut a white square using a square stitched die and glued it right over the middle of my card front.
- I looked through my scraps and found this navy cardstock. I cut it into strips and glued it around the edges of the white square in the middle.
- While that dried, I die cut a white circle and stamped the sentiment onto it in my Misti. I glued that onto another larger navy die cut circle.
- I glued my finished card panel onto a piece of white cardstock, then navy and then onto an A2 sized white card base.
- I added the circle die cut sentiment over the middle and finished off my card by adding 3 navy gems under it.
