Time for Snowflakes

Good Morning
Although I am not ready for the snow to fall, I wanted to use this beautiful newly released stencil for Novemeber from A Colorful Life Designs called

So, here's what I did to create my card.
  • I placed the Snowflake Background stencil over a piece of white cardstock and then inked it up with some Peacock Feathers and some Salvaged Patina Distress Oxide ink.
  • Next, I got out this 'Let it Snow' die and word set and I used the postage style die to cut the frame and then cut the word shadow from the stenciled panel.
  • I die cut the 'Let it Snow' from some black cardstock and the little snowflake from some silver cardstock.  I glued those over the word shadow.
  • I glued the frame onto a piece of blue cardstock and then onto an A2 sized white card base.
  • I used some foam tape to add the next piece over the frame, matching the snowflake pattern.
  • I used more foam tape to pop the sentiment back into place in the center of my card front.
  • To finish off my card, I added a black gem to the middle of the snowflake and some blue gems around the sentiment.

Here is the stencil I used:
