Good Morning
This newly released stencil from A Colorful Life Designs worked great for creating some sympathy cards.
So today meet the new stencil called
Here is what I did to create my card.
- I cut a piece of white cardstock and placed the Leafy Heart Frame stencil onto the paper along the bottom edge. I inked it up with some Distress Oxide inks in these colours: Rustic Wilderness, Ripe Persimmon, Lumberjack Plaid and Fossilized Amber.
- I lifted the stencil off and flipped it to stencil the top of the panel using the same colours as mentioned above.
- I removed the stencil and placed the panel into my Misti to stamp the sentiment and clear heat embossed it.
- I glued my stenciled card front onto a piece of white cardstock, then red and then green and finally, onto an A2 sized card base.
- To finish my card off, I added 3 black gems around the sentiment.
Here is the stencil I used:
Thanks so much for taking a look today.
