Best Birthday Ever!

Welcome
I have to begin by saying how fun this card was to make.
Meet the new for JUNE stencil from A Colorful Life Designs called:

This is how I created my card.
  • I began by first cutting a piece of white cardstock and I die cut 3 Dot Circles of different sizes, along the outside edges of my cardstock.
  • Next, I masked around the circles and then placed Airy Bubbles stencil over it and inked with some Peacock Feathers Distress Oxide ink.
  • I moved the masks to the other side of the circles and then inked again with some Wilted Violet DOX ink.
  • I removed the stencil and all the masks and placed the piece into my Misti to stamp the Grid first and then the sentiment across the middle of the panel.
  • I glued my finished card front panel onto a piece of white, then purple cardstock and then onto a white A2 sized card base.
  • I added 3 black gems around the sentiment to finish my card off.

Here is the stencil I used:

I can believe this card was fun to make - it's so much fun to look at! The bright colours, blending and merging as they do, are wonderful. The funky sentiment is superb and the tiny white border is a great detail. Thanks for sharing with us at The Paper Players.
