Relax- Scrape Painting

Welcome
A few months ago, as I was playing with my acrylic paints, I created this card:
Well today, I'm happy to say that Splitcoast Stamper has decided to feature it on their Technique Tutorial Wednesday!  I wrote up the tutorial so that you all have a chance to try it out.
There are lots of wonderful samples there for you to check out as well as Dina Kowal created a video using the technique.
Above is the card I created for the premiere.
Splitcoast Stampers Tutorial

So here are my card details.
I began with a piece of heavy white cardstock.  I squeezed out drops of paint onto my card panel, then using a Stencil Pal (or you could use a credit card); I moved the paint in a circular motion until I had the paint spread out.  Be sure to let your panel dry completely before doing the next steps.
When my panel was all dry, I placed it into my Misti and stamped the thistle, then the sentiment and clear heat embossed them.
I added some black acrylic paint splatters for interest.

Thanks so much for coming by and taking a look.
I hope you will give it a try.
