Gentle Snowfall

Welcome
Today's card combines 2 stencils from A Colorful Life Designs.
One is new and is called:

The older one is called:

So, here's what I did to create my card.
  • I placed the Split Snowflakes stencil over a piece of white cardstock and inked it up with some Peacock Feathers Distress Oxide ink just along the top edge.
  • I removed that stencil and placed the Dotted Trellis stencil over the panel and inked it up with some more of the Peacock Feathers DOX ink just along the bottom edge being sure not to ink over the snowflakes.
  • I took the Dotted Trellis stencil and shifted it over the first inking then added some Salty Ocean DOX ink to give the panel more of a colour variation.
  • Using the end of a pencil eraser, I added the dots with more of the Peacock Feathers ink.
  • I glued my card front onto a piece of white cardstock, then onto a pale blue then onto a white A2 sized card base.
  • I stamped and die cut the sentiment with some more Peacock Feathers then used some foam tape to pop it into the bottom corner of my card front.

Here are the stencils I used:

Garden Joys

Good Morning

Today's card features more stencil layering by combining 2 of the new releases from A Colorful Life Designs called:

So, here's what I did to create my card.
  • I placed the Sea Net stencil over a piece of white cardstock and inked it up with some Peacock Feathers Distress Oxide ink.  It reminded me of a garden trellis.
  • Leaving the stencil in place, I put the Droplet Grid right on top of the net stencil and inked again with some Rustic Wilderness DOX ink.
  • I lifted both stencils off and using a white Posca pen, I splattered over the stenciling.
  • While that dried, I die cut the sentiment from some white cardstock 5x's and glued them all together to make a raised sentiment.  I glued that onto the word shadow I had cut from some blue cardstock.
  • I die cut the daisies, added a hint of blue to the centers and then glued them together.
  • I glued my card front onto a piece of white cardstock and then onto a piece of blue and then onto a white  A2 sized card base.
  • I glued the sentiment and the flowers over the background.

Here are the stencils I used:

Happiest Birthday Wishes

Hello and Welcome
Today's card combines 2 newly released stencils from A Colorful Life Designs called:

So, here's what I did to create my card.
  • I put a piece of white cardstock onto my Make Art Station and then placed the Multishadow stencil over my paper.  I inked that up with some Peacock Feathers Distress Oxide ink.
  • Leaving that stencil in place, I put the Circle Love Tree stencil right on top of it and inked with some Wilted Violet DOX ink. When I lifted the stencils off, I was left with this lovely background.
  • I die cut around the outline circle of the stenciled panel and glued that onto a larger white die cut circle.
  • Next, I cut a 4 1/4" square white card base and glued a piece of blue cardstock over that.  I used some foam dots to add the circle over the card base.
  • I stamped the sentiment in my Misti and die cut it out.  I used more foam tape to add it to my card front.
  • To finish my card off, I added some black gems under the sentiment.

Here are the stencils I used:
