Hello and Welcome
First, I want to say a big thanks to all of you that gave me feedback about posting the steps to my cards in a bullet form. It seems everyone is in favor of me doing that so glad that will make it easier to follow especially if you want to try and give it a go.
This card is a super simple one using this flower from Stampin Up. I like to have some sympathy cards on hand just in case I need them.
So onto my card details.
1. I positioned a piece of heavy white cardstock into my Misti and stamped the first flower in the
bottom left hand corner. That gave an idea of placement for the other two flowers.
2. I moved the flower in the Misti and stamped it two more times; one above and one beside.
(Using the Misti, makes it easy to get a crisp, solid image as you can repeat stamp if needed.)
3. I dried the ink, then placed the panel back into my Misti to stamp the sentiment in black.
4. I clear embossed the sentiment to make it pop against the flowers.
5. I mounted the panel onto a piece of matching grey cardstock, then onto a heavy white card base.

Perfect sympathy card...lovely and elegant. I've never used grey ink but think I'll try that as it has such a nice feel.
Love the bullet points, but it's much harder to read when centered on the page. Bullet points are typically left hand justified for an easier presentation.
This card really made me pause -- such a wonderful card for a difficult time. Well done!
This is a perfect sympathy card, Karen! It's always good to have a stash of them on hand. Unfortunately it seems like so many are having to be sent lately! I hadn't thought of using these flowers for a sympathy card. Thanks for the inspiration!

I love so many of your cards and just wanted to tell you that. I loved our mixed media and yet clean and simple style. This one I keep opening because it really hit me. My husband is in hospice after a battle with pancreatic cancer. It is so true. In many ways, he already is a memory because he's lost so much weight and along with that so much vitality and energy. We no longer ride bikes or wakeboard on the lake. He can't even walk the dog with me anymore. He's still fully functioning but we know the end is nearing. Anyways, not sure why I shared all that but keep making such beautiful cards.
