I had such fun creating this card using the newly released stencil from A Colorful Life Designs called
So here's what I did to make this simple card.
- I took a piece of white cardstock and placed the Celtic Mask stencil over my paper. I inked it up with some Uncharted Mariner Distress Oxide ink.
- I took another piece of white cardstock and inked that up with some Peacock Feathers DOX ink and then cut out just part of the design and set aside.
- I splattered the darker blue panel with my white Posca pen and set aside to dry.
- I die cut the little penguin with some black and white cardstock and glued them together.
- I placed the cut out design into my Misti and stamped the sentiment across the top, then glued the little penguin just under that.
- I glued the main panel onto a piece of white cardstock, then navy blue and then onto an A2 sized white card base.
- I added the cut out piece with some foam tape to pop it up, matching the design.
