Wow...where did April go?
I think it just flew away which means hopefully, we will be past this pandemic soon.
Anyways, I hope you are all doing well and a new month means a new challenge at the
This month our theme is Night Time Sky
This month we are welcoming our guest Tina (treebug)
I hope you get a chance to check out the gallery with all these fabulous cards.
So onto my card details.
I began with a piece of heavy white cardstock. I positioned my Deckle Rectangle mask over my paper panel, then I inked up my acrylic block with some DOX inks, sprayed with a bit of water and pressed onto my paper. Using a paintbrush, I pulled the colours together and added some in places that the inking had missed.
After the ink had dried, I put the panel into my Misti and stamped the tree line across the bottom. I added some white stars using white acrylic paint.
I die-cut a frame and glued the piece behind that, then I stamped the sentiment and pop dotted it over the inked panel.
Thanks so much for coming by and taking a look.

I like how you did the sky with the inks, mask and acrylic block, as it has produced a unique and striking effect on your night sky x.
A beautiful peaceful card you have created Karen. I used trees, but they are not nearly as pretty as the ones you have used here.
I keep hoping this pandemic will end soon, but I think our world has changed forever by this. Stay safe.
