HAPPY NEW YEAR 2026!!
Today's card is the first for this year.
It features just one of the newly released stencils from A Colorful Life Designs called
So, here's what I did to create my card.
- I placed the Interconnected Circles stencil over a piece of white cardstock and inked it up with some Peacock Feathers Distress Oxide ink.
- Next I placed the background into my Misti and stamped the snowflake into one corner, turned the card around and stamped again in the other corner with some Uncharted Mariner DOX ink.
- I randomly stamped the little snowflakes over the background with more of the Peacock Feathers DOX ink to add more interest.
- I stamped the sentiment into the bottom corner with some Verasafine Clair ink.
- I glued the stenciled panel onto a piece of light blue cardstock and then onto an A2 sized card base and added the blued gems to the middle of the snowflakes to finish off my card.

A fantastic New Year's card designed with stencils. Simply stunning! The snowflakes are truly impressive, and the two different shades of blue make them stand out beautifully. I also really like the lettering.

What a beautiful card! I love the colors.
I love the look of this with the Interconnecting Circles stencilled in that pretty blue, and then the beautiful large darker blue snowflakes stamped over the top and some little snowflakes in the lighter blue in two of the corners and in another of the circles looks great, and brilliantly finished with the added blue gems in the centres and a lovely sentiment too..a gorgeous card Karen. x
